Memorial Day 2006

The neighborhood turned out for a Memorial Day party in the court.

Much fun was had by all. A Slip and Slide made an appearance and while a huge hit with the kids, adults were soon participating; sometimes to injury...seems the inflatable walls at the end will stop most children, adults on the other hand...recall Newton’s first law of motion: objects in motion will stay in motion.

Fireworks wrapped up the evening, drawing a large crowd from around the neighborhood. Captured by your intrepid editor on memory stick, one very patriotic burst. Enjoy.

Dance 2006

Bella finished her first dance class last Sunday. The recital was executed with three year old precision!

Proud parents filled the room with flashes and digital tape. The excited dancers accepted their awards with prepared thank you’s…ok, this wasn’t the Tonys’.

Rainbow

Spring thunderstorms presented the seemingly rare twin rainbow. Bella is still talking about it.

We were lucky to catch it as the second faded, but not before we caught one on “film.”

Easter Tea

For Easter 2006 Bungy, Shannon, Bella and I traveled to Villanova’s Radnor Hotel for an Easter Tea.

Bella enjoyed tea, cookies, stories, and a private dance with the Easter Bunny!

At the park

Bella and Dad visited the park this and last weekend. With 3 year old energy and daring, Bella played as Bella can play. Ice cream after of course!
